Processing times for custom laser engraved items require up to 5 business days. Processing time for Instock "As Is" items is up to 3 business days. Processing times for wood stained/custom hand painted items may take up to 4 business days.

Returns:

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with original labels
